**We attempt to keep our rates reasonable compared to homes similar to ours, though there really are not any that equal us in amenities and ambiance. Our hope is that it allows more people to come and enjoy Beaver's Pond Retreat and our little slice of Heaven on Earth. Please note that our cottages & property are for registered guests only, any additional guests, visitors, invitees or amendments must be approved prior to arrival. (Extra charges will apply and be billed accordingly) Four private rental cottages available to choose from. Please ask if you have any special requests or requirements. ie: extra guests, crib, etc. Thank You Cancellation Policy: High Season - May 1 through September 30 and all major Holidays require a 90 day cancellation notice. Low Season - (October 1 through April 30 ) require a 30 day cancellation notice. If you cancel prior to these dates you will receive a full refund, minus a service fee of $75 or 10% of your total whichever is greater. All cancellations after these dates (between the 30th & 90th day) prior to your arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. However we will make every attempt to re-rent and, if successful, you will receive a refund of the difference up to the full amount minus a service fee of $75 or 10% of your total whichever is greater. Any reservation canceled less then 30 days before arrival date there will be no refund unless re-rented. There are no reschedules. There are no refunds for early departures. These rules are necessary due to the fact that most of our reservations are made so far in advance. A last minute cancellation means that most folks will have already made plans for that period of time and we will end up with a vacancy. We appreciate your understanding and agreement on this policy. * We wanted to run a special this year and not charge security deposits and cleaning fees. In order for this to continue to work we are choosing to only charge guests that leave the cottages in such an order that is unreasonable or beyond normal wear according to the management. Any damage/repair, theft, or excessive cleaning is charged at the replacement or repair costs. These charges will be billed to your credit card. Any Maintenance or repair that we do ourselves is charged at $30 an hour plus supplies / parts. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible and to keep things in good working order not only for your stay but for the next guest checking in. If you have any questions or need anything while you are staying with us please call, we are happy to try and fix or find anything you might need to make your stay more comfortable. By booking a reservation with us you are agreeing to these terms. We have picnic baskets, yard games, clamming shovels, and coolers for your use.
